The prices shown on the website are only valid at the time of your quote. A reservation is considered complete when you have a confirmation number and the corresponding charge has been correctly applied; additional documentation may be required for confirmation. By booking, you authorize us verbally and/or in writing to use your credit card number to process your payment, and you expressly confirm that you understand and accept these terms and conditions. All reservations are subject to availability at the time your request is processed. Availability cannot be guaranteed until full payment has been received.
If you wish to change or cancel your reservation, please contact our reservations department immediately. Additional charges or penalties may apply depending on the status of your reservation. Any reservation changes are subject to availability and price re-quotes.

MEXICO EXPERIENCIAS TRAVEL SA DE CV is not responsible for any change in weather conditions, as these are beyond the absolute control of MEXICO EXPERIENCIAS TRAVEL SA DE CV, therefore you acknowledge and release MEXICO EXPERIENCIAS TRAVEL SA DE CV from all liability, including but not limited to, any claim, refund, complaint, compensation, credit, change, cancellation, inconvenience, discomfort, accident, injury, illness, physical or material loss, damage, detriment or affectation to you or your property, death and all those arising from the weather conditions of any of the services offered by MEXICO EXPERIENCIAS TRAVEL SA DE CV.

PRIVACY NOTICE

The personal data collected on this website varies, but is not limited to, name(s) and surname(s), telephone number, email address, address, among others. Occasionally, payment requires debit card number, credit card number, expiration date, security code, cardholder name, and the address where the credit/debit card statement is sent. In the case of credit/debit card payment information, it is destroyed after the transaction has been confirmed and your reservation has been completed.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

Any cancellation request must be submitted in writing via email to our reservations department. Regarding accommodations, cancellation policies may vary depending on the hotel and season.
Some cancellation policies are described below; they may vary depending on the hotel and/or service. Reservations canceled 15 days or more before the arrival date are subject to a 50% charge of the total reservation.
Reservations canceled between 14 and 5 days prior to arrival are subject to a 2- to 3-night charge.
Reservations canceled 4 to 0 days prior to arrival or in the event of a no-show will NOT be refundable.
